4 bed plus hide-a-bed, 2 bath house in the heart of Wheatland. High ceilings, open floor plan, central heating and air, pool table, lots of games. The large master bedroom has a shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. House is close to local restaurants and stores, 2 minutes to Bishops Pumpkin Farm, 10 to The Toyota Amphitheater, 12 to Hard Rock, 15 to Beale Air Force Base, 20 to Yuba City, 20 to Lincoln, 30 to Wake Island, 30 to Golfland Sunsplash, 35 to the Sacramento airport.

Good to know

Very close to Sacramento Hard Rock, Toyota Amphitheater, Beale Air Force Base, and Bishops Pumpkin Farm. Single story house. The large master bedroom has a shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. House also has a washer, dryer, ceiling fans, fenced in backyard, large TV in living room and TV for streaming in each bedroom. We do charge $200 an hour for unapproved late checkouts. You must get late checkout approved at least two days prior to check in. Late checkout is usually not approved if another guest is scheduled to check in on the same day. Case by case basis for approval.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking. The ventilation system soaks in smoke and there are often children in the house who will be breathing in smoke particles if you smoke. Smoking inside warrants an automatic discontinuation of your stay and a $500 fumigation charge. Quiet hours after 10:00pm. Please clean up after yourself to include dishes (wash and put away). When using pots and pans, please do not use any metal on them as it scratches the Teflon. Utensils that are not metal are provided. Please do not leave leftovers in the refrigerator. If bringing a pet, there is a $110 pet fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets must always be with guest or in a crate. Pets are not to roam the property freely. There is an 11 guest limit. Any guests over 8 guests will be an additional $55 per night fee. By booking, you are accepting and agreeing to the rules. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. Please be respectful and have a good time! Please do your best to leave the home as you found it. If anything breaks during your stay, please notify the host so that it can be taken care of before the next guest arrives. NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.

Sharalee’s place is extremely amazing! The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, the place was super clean, the pool table was so much fun. We were going to a concert at Hard Rock, it’s just 10 minutes away. Sharalee was super responsive, very flexibility check in, and extremely nice. 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay in Wheatland. The house was wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood. Sharalee was extremely responsive and we had no problems whatsoever. Layout of the house was really convenient and we loved that there was a pool table. We especially appreciated the Holiday decorations and little Christmas tree! We would definitely stay here again when we are in NorCal.

Our stay here was wonderful! The host was very responsive and gave great instructions for check-in and check-out. The house was easy to find and it was great having garage space to park the car. The house itself was exactly what we expected (even a little bigger) and all of the beds were very cozy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
