Great house. Fun game room. Fenced in yard great for dog. Very responsive friendly host. Very flexible with check in and checkout and extending stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Sharalee came through for me in my time of need at the last minute when I needed a larger place to accommodate several family members as my husband had just passed. She even left me beautiful flowers and a card..She is as usual a great and thoughtful host and responsive to every need and made this very stressful time for me much much easier.

Sharalee’s place is extremely amazing! The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, the place was super clean, the pool table was so much fun. We were going to a concert at Hard Rock, it’s just 10 minutes away. Sharalee was super responsive, very flexibility check in, and extremely nice. 10 out of 10!

Cant say enough good about our good experience. Our host was immediately available to answer questions. The house was spacious for our family of four adults. This property is an exceptional value, and we intend to book again if we need family space in the future in Yuba City.

We had a wonderful stay in Wheatland. The house was wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood. Sharalee was extremely responsive and we had no problems whatsoever. Layout of the house was really convenient and we loved that there was a pool table. We especially appreciated the Holiday decorations and little Christmas tree! We would definitely stay here again when we are in NorCal.

We had a wonderful stay! It provided the perfect restful spot during our family visit. The location was super convenient, close to grocery stores and everything we needed. The bathroom was impressively stocked with what felt like endless towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

This stay was everything my group and I needed! The space was cozy and clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect - close to local attractions yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay here was wonderful! The host was very responsive and gave great instructions for check-in and check-out. The house was easy to find and it was great having garage space to park the car. The house itself was exactly what we expected (even a little bigger) and all of the beds were very cozy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Sharalee’s place was amazing! The pool was a big plus to relax and just hang out after our long days that we had while we were there. I would definitely go back!
