Good to know

This house is very close to the heart of Yuba City not far from stores, gyms, restaurants, Gauche water park, Ellis Lake, Dirt bike tracks, Millennium Axe Throwing, Kart Racing, & Laser Tag. 20 minutes from Hard Rock and the Wheatland Toyota Amphitheatre. If you like spacious this house is the house for you. There are three bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms. The living room has a couch and love seat. The game room features ping pong, foozeball, and a futon. There is a laundry room for your use. There are TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and game room. Enjoy the backyard with table, chairs and umbrella, outdoor patio furniture, children’s table, swing bench, BBQ grill, fire pit, trampoline and playground. There used to be hens on the other side of the fence in the chicken coop/chicken run areas, but they had to be relocated to our residence for their safety. NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property. Airbnb does not allow parties or events at certain properties. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages for anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do. Thank you!

Other Details to Note

This house has six barstools at counter height in the kitchen. There is no dining room table in the house. There is a fold out table, and folding chairs on the property if you need a lower height table. This house does not have carpet. It does have one step going down into the game room and there is a baby gate. If you need the baby gate, it is in the game room. Baby gates have caused damage to the paint on the door frame. If you do use a baby gate, please make sure that it does not rip the paint off the door frame or there will be a $50 charge to have it sanded down and painted again.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking. The ventilation system soaks in smoke and there are often children in the house who will be breathing in smoke particles after you leave if you smoke. Smoking inside warrants an automatic discontinuation of your stay and a $500 fumigation/ozone charge. Quiet hours after 10:00pm. Please clean up after yourself to include dishes (wash and put away). When using pots and pans, please do not use any metal on them as it scratches the Teflon. Utensils that are not metal are provided. Please do not leave leftovers in the refrigerator. If bringing a pet, there is a $110 pet fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets must always be with guest or in a crate. Pets are not to roam the property freely. There is an 8 guest limit. Any guests over 6 guests will be an additional $55 per night fee. By booking, you are accepting and agreeing to the rules. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. Please be respectful and have a good time! Please do your best to leave the home as you found it. If anything breaks during your stay, please notify the host so that it can be taken care of before the next guest arrives. NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.

Neighborhood

This is a friendly, mostly family-oriented neighborhood. There is an assisted living home across the street and one convalescent home down the street. There is a small shopping center within walking distance to the house which includes Quik Stop, Sylvio’s Pizzeria and Deli, Punjab Tandoori Grill, and Subway. A little further away is S S Mini Mart, Dairy Queen, and multiple medical and dental offices. In the opposite direction is ET Quality RV, Landa & Sons Glass Service, Neil’s Tires & Wheels, and the River and trails are close by too. Guests have access to all spaces on the .33 acre property, except for the garage, and mud room, (which are locked).

Great house. Fun game room. Fenced in yard great for dog. Very responsive friendly host. Very flexible with check in and checkout and extending stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Cant say enough good about our good experience. Our host was immediately available to answer questions. The house was spacious for our family of four adults. This property is an exceptional value, and we intend to book again if we need family space in the future in Yuba City.

Find us

Park in front of the house on the street or in front of the door on the garage side of the house. You may also park within the gate in the RV parking area if you so choose to. Please do not block the garage as sometimes I do go in and out of there as it is storage for all of my airbnbs and personal belongings. There is plenty of street parking, and parking in the driveway.
