This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. Good to know

This beautifully mostly remodeled three bedroom one bathroom open floor plan unit has a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have a TV with Roku. One of the couches in the living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and there is also a smaller twin size hide-a-bed in the family room. The living room has a TV. The family room does not. Outside in the backyard there are several seating areas and a swing bench. There are also additional folding chairs in the garage for your use. The pool has a safety fence around it, but please do always keep a close eye on the little ones and keep the key in the lock. The outdoor furniture is not guaranteed to be available for use during the rain and windy season due to no covered areas outdoors. NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property. Airbnb does not allow parties or events at certain properties. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages or anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do. Thank you!

Other Details to Note

The landscapers come on Saturday mornings. The pool is serviced every Tuesday. The heating and air conditioning is ran by the front (bigger) unit. Please be courteous of the back unit guests in regards to temperature. There is a fan in the closet. Back unit guests can close vents if they decide to. Both units are ran off of one hot water heater. Please be courteous of other guests. The garage parking is for you, however, the guests in the back, as well as the owner/Housecleaner do have access to the laundry area, supplies, and refrigerator that is in the garage. Please keep the door to the garage locked at all times. Please be respectful of the neighboring unit and the neighboring properties. By AirBNBing this property you are agreeing to use the swimming pool area at your own risk, agreeing that the owner/host/co-host is not responsible for injuries sustained by guests. If a repair is required, guests must notify the host immediately. Guests must use the swimming pool in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The safety fences around the property must remain secure and the gate locked. Take note that the CDC reports that drowning is one of the leading causes of death for children between the ages of 1 and 4, and it’s the 5th leading cause of death by accidental injury for people of all ages. Use caution around bodies of water.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking. The ventilation system is shared with the back unit and soaks in smoke. There are often children in the house who will be breathing in smoke particles if you smoke. Smoking inside warrants an automatic discontinuation of your stay and a $500 fumigation charge. Quiet hours after 10:00pm. Please clean up after yourself to include dishes (wash and put away). When using pots and pans, please do not use any metal on them as it scratches the Teflon. Utensils that are not metal are provided. Please do not leave leftovers in the refrigerator. If bringing a pet, there is a $110 pet fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets must always be with guest or in a crate. Pets are not to roam the property freely. There is an 8 guest limit. Any guests over 6 guests will be an additional $55 per night fee. By booking, you are accepting and agreeing to the rules. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. Please be respectful and have a good time! Please do your best to leave the home as you found it. If anything breaks during your stay, please notify the host so that it can be taken care of before the next guest arrives. NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.

Aside from your private 3 bd, 1 ba unit, you will have access to the garage with shared laundry area, and all backyard areas. Please do not use the RV space. The garage space is for you to park in (unit 1). Not for unit 2.

Sharalee came through for me in my time of need at the last minute when I needed a larger place to accommodate several family members as my husband had just passed. Such a great place to stay! The hosts made sure the house had all the necessities! We loved having the extra towels since we were in and out of the pool (super clean)! Great location, easy to enter the home, and clearly listed instructions for everything.

Find us

Please park in the garage to the left side or on the left side of the driveway (the parking spot on the right side of the driveway belongs to the suite-please do not park there). You are also welcome to park on the street. You will be using the front door to access this unit. Once inside, there is a sliding door you can use to go out to the backyard. There is also a man door in the garage that goes to a walkway- please do not use this walkway other than to take out the trash. This is the walkway that those staying in the back unit use. Please keep the light on out by the trash cans at all times for the back unit’s safety for walking in the dark.
